On March 16, 2026, our Romorantin site welcomed three young girls for the “L’Industrie avec 2 Elles” sponsorship day , organized by the Centre-Val-de-Loire Region and UIMM Val de Loire.
The concept? For one day, pair up a woman working in a profession still too often perceived as “masculine” in industry, with a schoolgirl.
The aim is to bring people together, encourage sharing and show the diversity of industrial professions, while promoting the role of women in this sector.
Our godmothers – Fabienne (Quality Technician), Jade (Quality Control Technician), Maria (Fitter-Integrator) and Nadia (Assembly Agent) – accompanied the young people, represented by avatars to preserve their image, through a variety of activities: discussions on their career paths, safety awareness, immersion in the field and a full tour of the Romorantin site.
The results? Rich exchanges, sincere curiosity on the part of the participants and a real commitment on the part of the sponsors to share their passion and know-how.
