At AXE, the payroll manager is responsible for preparing, checking and issuing pay slips for all employees.
The payroll manager guarantees compliance with payroll, social declarations and legal obligations, while acting as a trusted contact for employees and management.
Meticulous and organized, the payroll manager plays a key role in the reliability of HR data and the company’s social peace of mind.
At AXE, the payroll manager works in close collaboration with the HR department, accounting and site managers.
Main tasks :
- Collect and enter variable payroll elements (hours, bonuses, absences, etc.).
- Draw up pay slips in compliance with legislation
- Handle monthly and quarterly social declarations (DSN, URSSAF, pension, health insurance, etc.)
- Manage account balances and end-of-contract documents
- Check the conformity and consistency of payroll data
- Answering employees’ questions about pay and vacations
- Participate in legal and social monitoring of labor and payroll legislation
Recommended training / qualifications :
- Bac +2 to Bac +3 in management, accounting or human resources
- BTS Accounting and Management (CG)
- Licence professionnelle Payroll management and personnel administration
- Professional title: Payroll Manager
