He or she is responsible for administrative follow-up of orders, managing deliveries, invoicing and monitoring customer files.
His or her role is essential to guarantee smooth customer relations, compliant deliveries and maximum satisfaction.

Main tasks :

  • Manage sales administration: order entry and follow-up, quotations, invoicing
  • Be the main contact for customers to follow up on their orders
  • Coordinate flows between sales, production and logistics
  • Monitor delivery times and anticipate any delays
  • Update customer databases and ERP tools
  • Provide regular reports on sales activity

  • Bac Pro Management Administration
  • BTS Negotiation and Digitalization of Customer Relations (NDRC)
  • BTS Small Business Management
  • BTS Support for Managerial Action (SAM)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or management
