Customer issues
The customer was looking for a subcontractor capable of producing 66 bollards a week, with a planned increase in output to 132 bollards a week the following year, and potentially up to 198 bollards a week.
Project realization
Our design office co-designed the sheet metal part of the bollard, in close collaboration with the customer. Prototypes were produced thanks to a synergy between our Saint-Désir and Oradea (Romania) sites, with the support of our Romorantin teams for project follow-up and the layout of the assembly area.
