Reporting to the Group Sales Department, in line with the company’s strategy, you will be responsible for developing sales.
As such, your main tasks will be:
- Prospecting, follow-up and development of industrial accounts.
- Attentive to the needs of your customers and prospects, you will provide a tailor-made response to their requests, taking into account feasibility and industrial constraints, and negotiate deals with different levels of contacts.
- Working with in-house teams, you will be involved in costing, responding to calls for tender and coordinating the projects you accompany into production.
- You act as an important interface between customers/prospects and in-house technical departments.

Your profile:
You have a technical background or have acquired good technical knowledge through your professional career, and you have proven experience in this type of position acquired in the sale of customized products, ideally with a manufacturer or integrator.
You have experience in prospecting/managing major industrial accounts in demanding sectors (such as medical, aeronautics, automotive, rail…).
For this position, knowledge of machining and/or sheet metal work is an asset. Working English is a plus. Your sales drive, interpersonal skills and analytical and negotiating abilities will be key to your success.
For this position, you will ideally be based in Loir-et-Cher (41), Calvados (14) or Doubs (25), where the main production sites are located.
We are open to a home-office mode of operation with regular on-site visits.
Remuneration consists of a fixed salary + Variable + Company car, to be negotiated according to profile and experience.
