Machining Team Leader

Reporting to Industrial Management, you are responsible for the performance and smooth running of your production unit, which specializes in machining. Your objective is to ensure the manufacture of parts in compliance with quantity, quality and deadline objectives.
You will manage a team of three people and actively contribute to improving competitiveness.
As such, your main tasks will be to :
- Organize manufacturing resources (turning, milling) and workforce (3 people) to achieve objectives
- Ensuring the availability and proper maintenance of production equipment, in liaison with manufacturers’ maintenance departments,
- Propose organizations and solutions to guarantee compliance with quality, costs and deadlines,
- Implement corrective actions on faulty components
- Lead, coach, train and evaluate your team to ensure efficiency and motivation
- Lead team meetings to communicate results and maintain improvement momentum
- Ensure workshop cleanliness and tidiness (5S method)
- Participate in the development and integration of new projects and products

Your profile :
With at least a baccalaureate, you have at least 5 years’ experience in machining.
You are familiar with the field and have strong technical expertise. You are proficient in programming machining equipment (Mazak, 3D machines, etc.).
You are rigorous, professional and have a sense of priorities. You are a team player.
