Reporting to the Industrial Manager, you will be responsible for implementing, organizing and managing the maintenance of the site’s industrial equipment and infrastructures. You will ensure the performance, reliability and conformity of the equipment, while leading the maintenance team (1 to 2 people) and optimizing preventive and corrective actions.

Your main responsibilities :

Maintenance management

  • Carry out, organize and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and infrastructure
  • Diagnose faults, define technical solutions and coordinate internal or external interventions
  • Guarantee rapid and safe return to service of installations to ensure continuity of production
  • Suggest technical improvements to optimize equipment reliability, performance and safety
  • Monitor interventions, analyze reports and implement any necessary corrective actions

Management of service providers and equipment

  • Manage relations with service providers, subcontractors and inspection bodies
  • Validate services and ensure quality monitoring of interventions
  • Manage parts, repairs, orders and invoice follow-up
  • Carry out and/or supervise work on the site’s buildings and infrastructure
  • Relay internally to the HSE Manager the information obtained on regulatory changes and ensure their compliance

Service management and organization

  • Manage, lead and develop themaintenance team
  • Plan interventions and optimize work organization
  • Set maintenance and servicing targets and communicate them to your team
  • Lead team meetings and promote internal communication
  • Supporting employee skills development and autonomy
  • Participate in professional interviews, recruitment and appraisals

Performance management

  • Monitor maintenance department activity indicators
  • Participate in the company’s continuous improvement projects
  • Ensure regular reporting to management
  • Draw up short-, medium- and long-term budgets and ensure that they are adhered to

Your profile :

With a BTS or Licence degree (or equivalent), you have at least 7 years’ experience as a technician in a similar field.

You have acquired solid technical expertise in mechanics, electricity, automation, electronics and electrical engineering, as well as in preventive and corrective maintenance.

You have good budget management skills and, ideally, initial management experience.

You have one or more electrical approvals (for live and de-energized work), as well as CACES for aerial work platforms and forklift trucks, and scaffolding approval.

You are proficient in Pack Office tools and have a good knowledge of CMMS software.

You are a strong team player, with excellent organizational skills and a high level of responsiveness, while also being able to work effectively in stressful situations.
You have strong analytical and synthesis skills, and are able to step back from situations and make appropriate decisions.
Recognized for your communication skills, you demonstrate pedagogy, diplomacy and active listening skills .
