About the position:

As part of our Maintenance Department, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial site.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will work on production equipment, technical systems, and buildings to ensure business continuity while meeting safety, quality, and performance requirements.

Your daily life with us :

Perform maintenance on production equipment

  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks in accordance with the schedule set out in the CMMS.
  • Inspect, monitor, and maintain industrial equipment.
  • Diagnose malfunctions and identify the causes of failures.
  • Perform the necessary repairs and ensure that the equipment is returned to service.
  • Perform adjustments, tests, and operational checks after service work.
  • Coordinate, as necessary, the work of service providers or technical experts.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of equipment reliability and performance.

Perform maintenance on buildings and technical systems

  • Perform routine maintenance on the site’s buildings and infrastructure.
  • Perform general maintenance work: minor plumbing, locksmith work, painting, miscellaneous repairs, and minor renovation work.
  • Monitor and maintain the site’s technical systems (electricity, lighting, etc.).
  • Identify the needs for repairs, compliance upgrades, or improvements to the facilities.
  • Help oversee external contractors working on the site.

Contribute to continuous improvement

  • Propose solutions to improve the safety, reliability, and performance of equipment and facilities.
  • Update technical documents, service history records, and maintenance data in the CMMS.
  • Provide regular reports to the Maintenance Manager.

Ensure compliance with safety rules

  • Follow work procedures and quality guidelines.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines and wear PPE.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Actively contribute to risk prevention on site.

Your profile :

You hold a Vocational Baccalaureate in Industrial Maintenance (or equivalent) with significant experience in industrial and/or building maintenance, or a BTS or Professional Bachelor’s Degree in Maintenance with initial successful experience in a similar position. You hold the required electrical certifications; CACES certifications for forklifts and aerial work platforms are a plus.

You have strong skills in mechanics, electricity, electrical engineering, pneumatics, hydraulics, and automation. You are proficient in preventive and corrective maintenance techniques, reading technical drawings and diagrams, and using a CMMS and computer tools. Knowledge of CNC machine tools (3-, 4-, or even 5-axis, conventional) is required, and a basic understanding of technical English would be appreciated.
