About the position
Based in Besançon, in the heart of an industrial area renowned for its know-how, our site is strengthening its team and is looking for a NC Turning Programmer Setter.
You will be responsible for creating, validating and optimizing machining programs. You will set up machining centers to produce parts that meet quality, safety and deadline requirements.
Your daily life with us :
- Control panel programming (Mazatrol) and/or optimization of existing programs
- Set up NC machines (2- and 3-axis lathes)
- Development of the first parts, series launch and production
- Perform self-checks (dimensional and visual)
- Adjust machining parameters during production
- Identify and deal with non-conformities
- Perform deburring operations
- First-level maintenance
- Completing production and control documents

Let’s talk about you!
With a diploma in production engineering (CAP/BEP, Bac Pro, BTS or equivalent), you have SIGNIFICANT experience in NC turning.
You’ve already worked on Mazak and know the Mazatrol language.
You know how to read blueprints and use measuring instruments (calipers, columns, buffers, etc.). You are familiar with CAM software such as Missler, Fleska….
You are rigorous, precise and autonomous, respect safety and quality rules, and know how to work as part of a team.
Your reliability and sense of responsibility enable you to produce compliant parts and support continuous improvement.
