Reporting to the Group Sales Department, in line with the company’s strategy, you will be responsible for developing sales in the aerospace and defense markets.

As such, your main tasks will be :

  • Prospecting, follow-up and development of strategic accounts in the aerospace and defense sectors,
  • Attentive to the needs of your customers and prospects, you provide tailor-made technical solutions that meet the sector’s specific standards and constraints (quality, traceability, certifications, deadlines).
  • Working closely with in-house teams (design office, methods, production), you take part in costing, respond to calls for tender and monitor projects through to industrialization.
  • You ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements specific to the aerospace and defense sectors.
  • You play a key interface role between customers/prospects and in-house technical teams.

Your profile :

With a technical background or solid experience in the field, you have a successful track record in a technical sales role, ideally in the aerospace, defense or high-demand industries.

  • You have proven experience in managing and developing large strategic accounts.
  • You are familiar with demanding environments in terms of quality and regulations (NF EN 9100 type, specific customer requirements).
  • Knowledge of sheet metal work, machining or the manufacture of technical parts is a major asset.
  • You are comfortable with long sales cycles, complex tenders and high-level negotiations.
  • Professional English is essential in an international context.

Your sales drive, your ability to build lasting relationships based on trust, and your rigor and analytical skills will be the keys to your success.

Location:

You will ideally be based in Loir-et-Cher (41) or Doubs (25), close to the main production sites.

A home-office mode of operation is possible, with regular travel to customer sites and in-house.

Compensation :

Attractive remuneration package comprising fixed + variable + company car, to be negotiated according to profile and experience.
