Opening hours : 2*8 shift
Reporting to the Welding Manager, you will assemble sets of metal parts using various welding processes (fusion, metal filler) and ensure a finish in line with customer requirements.
As such, your main tasks will be:
- Setting up and adjusting the welding unit
- Prepare parts and weld after identifying the welding process and selecting welding parameters
- Welding using the appropriate process (MIG, MAG, TIG…) and its constraints
- Check the dimensions of the parts, the various welds and prevent any deformation with reference to the manufacturing file and/or drawing
- Finishing parts by shaving or routering (finishing in preparation for painting)

Your profile:
You have a BTS CRCI or a CQP in industrial welding.
You are able to read blueprints and check the associated dimensions (using calipers, protractors, etc.). Knowledge of the use of a welding robot would be a plus.
