About the position:
Reporting to the Technical Director, you will be involved in both technical cost estimation and high-value-added machining operations.
Your role as a technician will be to contribute your workshop expertise to the cost estimation, technical preparation, and fine-tuning phases of the manufacturing process.
Your daily life with us :
- Analyze customer drawings and technical documents;
- Assess the feasibility of manufacturing processes;
- Estimate machining, setup, and inspection times;
- Identify the necessary production resources and tools;
- Participate in the assessment of manufacturing costs;
- Develop CNC toolpaths and programs;
- Make adjustments and fine-tune the manufacturing processes;
- Machining prototypes, pre-production parts, and complex parts;
- Conduct technical inspections and validations;
- Provide technical support to the production teams.
Your profile :
You have a background in machining or manufacturing technology (Bac Pro, BTS CPRP, or equivalent).
You have significant experience in precision mechanics and are proficient in:
- conventional and CNC machining;
- 3- to 5-axis machining centers;
- CAM programming;
- a programming language for turning and milling (such as MAZATROL and/or HEIDENHAIN);
- reading blueprints and metrology.
Experience in technical cost estimation, work planning, or machining methods is a plus.

Conditions:
Salary: €39,000 to €45,500
