General description:

At AXE, the Sales Assistant supports the sales team and acts as a link between customers, production and management.
The Sales Assistant is responsible for the administrative and operational management of sales, including order processing, delivery tracking and invoicing, as well as day-to-day customer relations.
This job combines a sense of service and organization. The sales assistant is a pillar of the customer relationship, guaranteeing fluidity and quality of follow-up.

Main tasks :

  • Act as a privileged contact for customers to follow up on their files
  • Liaise between sales, production and logistics
  • Participate in the preparation of commercial offers and invitations to tender
  • Monitor customer satisfaction indicators and suggest improvements
  • Manage administrative files (archiving, reporting, customer reminders)

  • Bac Pro Gestion Administration or Assistance à la gestion des organisations
  • BTS Negotiation and Digitalization of Customer Relations (NDRC)
  • BTS Small Business Management
